Newport Coast Recovery (NCR) is probation court approved and offers full representation in all legal matters. We are a licensed Alternative Sentencing program.

A unique and powerfully helpful facet of our program is our substantial representation through the legal maze:

1. If you have pending legal issues that are compelling you to seek alcohol and drug treatment, the probation department recognizes our facility as an acceptable alternative to jail or other legal consequences.

2. It should be emphasized that NCR treats the root problem of legal issues that result from addictive behaviors.

3. Our facility helps to resolve all pending legal issues by working in concert with the courts and a client's legal representative. This is an area that we are very strong in. We routinely support our clients in court through personal appearances by case managers or by preparing letters of support.
